Advising ALDO Group and Nezri Management Ltd. (ALDO's global distributor) on the purchase of the Polish subsidiary of Ultimate Fashion (EMF Group company) operating ALDO Stores in Poland.
Michal's experience in working with Polish and international clients enables him to provide high quality services, focusing on corporate and commercial law. He has been part of the firm's Warsaw Corporate and M&A Department since 2008. Michal's main area of work is mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he prepares due diligence reports and is experienced in drafting transaction documentation for M&A projects. He also deals with the day-to-day corporate advice to companies and partnerships.
Michal added to his international experience by completing an internship at the London office of Hogan Lovells, where he shared his time between the corporate and project finance departments. In 2015, Michal was registered as official legal translator of the English language with the Polish Ministry of Justice. He has the skill and certification required to produce legal translations in English and Polish, including standing in court as a professional interpreter.
Since 2014, Michal has been involved in teaching at the MBA courses held by the French Institute of Management in Warsaw, where he gives classes on Polish company law.
