Michael keeps United States-based lawyers current on corporate developments that may impact the firm's clients, and develops and maintains information tools and document repositories to streamline the legal research process. Michael also helps lawyers link with the firm's business professionals, including those in the Information Resource Center and Marketing and Business Development Department, to ensure clear communication and a smooth process on various projects.

Previously, Michael was managing editor at Thomson Reuters, where he produced and managed content in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and capital markets for several of the company's legal products. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Michael practiced corporate transactional law in New York for eight years.
