Rebecca Merritt

Rebecca is a registered foreign lawyer in the Dispute Resolution Practice of Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong.

Rebecca's work focuses largely on financial services related issues, including litigation in relation to mis-selling of financial products claims and bond defaults, and regulatory investigations. At her previous firm in London, Rebecca also worked for a public body in the financial services area, including undertaking a six month client secondment.

Acting for a bank in relation to an investigation, involving both an internal review and an external regulatory investigation.

Acting for a liquidator appointed overseas in relation to potential action to be taken in Hong Kong.

Acting for a liquidator in relation to recovery action following winding up of a company for reasons of fraud.
