Romain de Ménonville

Romain de Ménonville is a member of Hogan Lovells' Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice based in Paris.

Romain assists creditors and debtors at all stages of preventive restructuring proceedings or insolvency proceedings.

He represents investors in safeguard or reorganization plans as well as purchasers in sale plans. He also handles issues of corporate executives' personal liability and commercial disputes.

Romain has strong experience in advising creditors on debt restructurings, especially with respect to troubled LBO's. He was in particular involved in the restructurings of Consolis, Camaieu and Vivarte.

Recently Romain advised creditors during  the insolvency proceedings of a French group in the automotive industry, and shareholders  in the course of  international insolvency proceedings.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Romain practiced in the restructuring and workout department of a corporate and investment bank and in the Paris office of a Magic Circle law firm.
