Victor Mella is an IP/IT and Data Protection Lawyer at Hogan Lovells, Madrid.

He studied a double degree of Law and Business Administration in the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Victor currently advises both national and international clients in different matters related to data protection, electronic signature, e-commerce, cybersecurity, commercial advertisement and new technologies law.

Victor is particularly focused on matters relating to the adaptation of websites to the applicable data protection law, data security breaches, answer to data subject rights and GDPR's implementation projects.

Before working at Hogan Lovells, Victor worked four years in the Corporate department of a multinational law firm where he carried out work implicitly related to an M&A lawyer and data protection advice.
