Sarah McQuillan is an associate in our insurance and reinsurance disputes team. Sarah's contentious experience spans both (re)insurance disputes and general commercial disputes, having acted in mediations, arbitrations and High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings. She has also provided detailed policy analysis and coverage advice for clients in respect of political risk, business interruption, crime, construction all risks, professional indemnity, D&O and commercial general liability policies.

Sarah also has experience advising on complex economic and trade sanctions queries, and has spent time in-house in the sanctions team at a commercial insurance broker.

Sarah is heavily involved in the firm's pro bono practice, and has acted for bereaved families in both the inquests into the London Bridge terror attack and the Manchester Arena Inquiry.
