Kate McGuigan helps her clients handle complex corporate transactions in a variety of industry sectors, including health care and private equity. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells as a summer associate, Kate interned at the National Trust for Historic Preservation in Washington, D.C.

While in law school at the University of Michigan, Kate was the Business and Development Editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law. She was also an active member of the National Cultural Heritage Law Society and served as a co-president of the organization for two years.
