Estefania McCarroll advises clients on intellectual property, media, and technology issues. She leverages her engineering background to quickly understand the technology driving clients' businesses in order to achieve strategic transactional objectives.
During law school, Estefania teamed up with MIT engineers to address issues arising from online employment advertising. She also published a student note on the use of automated decision-making systems by the U.S. government. While externing at the United States Senate, Estefania proposed reforms to collaboration efforts between the federal government and pharmaceutical companies.
Estefania gives back to her community by actively promoting diversity and inclusion within the firm and taking on pro bono cases to advance racial justice.
