Mayuca focuses on mergers and acquisitions, finance, energy, real estate, and general corporate matters. She has led and coordinated lawyer teams for numerous share and asset acquisition and sales, real estate transactions, and structured financing. Having past work experience in the U.S. and in global law firms, she regularly helps foreign clients with their business ventures in Mexico.


Representative experience

Represented a private equity Mexican firm in structuring secured loans for small to mid-sized companies and family businesses.

Advised a U.S. oil and gas company in the incorporation of a Mexican subsidiary and their joint venture with an important Mexican public company.

Assisted major energy firms, including state oil companies, in the sale and purchase of oil refineries in South America.

Represented a renewable energy company in the negotiation and sale of its wind farm project in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.

Represented a U.S. bank in the negotiation of a secured loan with a Mexican public company from the automotive sector.

Represented a U.S. air conditioning manufacturer in the sale of its distribution business in Mexico.

Advised private investors in diverse business ventures, including startups, real estate investments, and private secured loans.
