Maximilian Zembala focuses on banking and finance transactions. He advises on all sorts of bilateral and syndicated lendings, such as acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance, corporate loans and debt restructurings. His clients are banks, debt funds, insurance companies, private equity firms, investment managers and corporates. 

Maximilian has also gained vast experience in mortgage lending, development finance and loan portfolio transfers. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Maximilian worked for five years for a big British law firm in Frankfurt, Munich and London, most recently as managing associate.
