Dr. Maximilian Findeisen

As a dealmaker, Maximilian Findeisen supports his clients on multiple M&A transactions on the buy-side, sell-side or joint ventures, as well as initial public offerings or rights issues of publicly listed companies.

With over 9 years experience advising on corporate finance transactions, Maximilian has built up substantial knowledge and experience in the fields of M&A as well as equity capital market transactions in a variety of industry sectors.

In addition, he advises private as well as publicly listed companies on corporate compliance and corporate governance issues. Max is a counsel in our Hamburg office and a member of the German Corporate M&A Practice Group.

Prior to starting his career as a lawyer, he was seconded to the equity capital markets division of an international investment bank in Frankfurt. He regularly publishes and holds client seminars on corporate finance topics.
