Ana Mata

Ana is a junior associate in our Madrid office. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Navarre, completing her studies at the university with a Diplome in Economic law provided by IESE teachers.  Ana also holds an LL.M. from Instituto de Empresa (IE, class of 2013).

Her practice focuses primarily on general corporate representation as well as on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and authorized transactions in the insurance and reinsurance industry.

On the advisory and regulatory field, she counsels on policy drafting, on implementation of Solvency II and payment services. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Ana was working at EY Abogados providing legal support to financial and insurance companies on transactions.
