Annabel Massey Bratby has been a member of the Paris International Debt Capital Markets department since 2016. Currently acting for a number of market participants including, Investment Managers, Sellers, Servicers, Rating Agencies and Noteholders focusing primarily on the restructure and refinancing of auto debt receivables.

Representative experience

Advising Ford Credit on its cross border securitisations of auto consumer loan and lease receivables originated across Europe including public and listed transactions.

Assisting major automobile company in the repurchase of €100 million Swiss and German receivables.

Assisting a private French bank in the update of its €500 million medium term note programme.

Assisting a major French bank as Swap Counterparty under an Interest Rate Cap for a £158 million securitisation of fixed sum credit agreements.

Assisting a major automobile company in its capacity as Originator and Seller in the €1 billion securitisation of its auto receivables.
