Martin Richter

As an associate, Martin Richter focuses on all aspects of real estate law. Martin advises and negotiates on property and private and public construction law, planning and environmental law and commercial tenancy law and brokerage law.

The main area of his advice focuses on national and international investors in property transactions, property portfolio transactions, property M&A as well as commercial leases and contract drafting. Martin´s advice refers particularly to special properties such as logistic centres, retail and office buildings and hotels or nursing homes.

Martin studied law at the University of Hamburg and served his legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. As part of his legal traineeship he worked at the administrative court of Hamburg, the Hamburg department for economy and for well-known national and international law firms with focus on private and public construction law and planning and environmental law. Before, he worked as a scientific assistant for an international law firm in the field of industrial plant and ship construction.
