Ignacio joined Hogan Lovells in June, 2016. He has a Law Degree and a Diploma on Economic Law from the Navarra University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management by Udima. He is fluent in Spanish and English and works in the employment area.

Ignacio has experience on acting both before the Labour and Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction. He has also appeared before administrative bodies, such as the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate. Ignacio has actively participated in collective dismissals, collective suspension of employment contracts and substantial modification of working conditions in a number of different activity sectors.

In addition, he provides regular advice consisting on, among others, the drafting of ordinary and senior executive employment contracts, Unions related matters as well as on the drafting of services contracts for Directors. He has also participated in due diligence processes.
