Marouane El Idrissi

Marouane El Idrissi joined Hogan Lovells in 2010. He has worked for both corporate companies and financial institutions in relation to their financial market operations. Marouane's capability and experience covers a wide range of capital markets transactions, from setting up EMTN programmes, plain-vanilla bonds issues, covered bond issues to securitisation transactions.

Marouane also advises on regulatory issues relating to the setting up and marketing of financial products — areas that are constantly changing. Given his diverse practice, Marouane has assisted clients from many industry sectors including energy, automotive and financial institutions.
