Led the representation of Kingdom Holding Company and HRH Prince Alwaleed in acquiring major stakes in Twitter, Lyft, and JD.com (China's Online Shopping Mall).

Led the representation of Airbus Group in acquiring North America's largest emergency responsesoftware and communications solutions provider.

Led the representation of MBDA Missiles in acquiring a guided ordnance business from Northrup Grumman.
