Marion practices in the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Group of Hogan Lovells in Paris. Her area of practice covers a wide range of intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs and unfair competition/parasitism. She assists international clients in both transactional and litigations matters. 

Marion was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from King's College London and a joint degree in Global Business Law from University of Paris 1 and Sciences-Po Paris.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in 2015, Marion worked for two years at a European intellectual property law boutique, where her practice focused on patent and trademark litigation.

Representative experience

Assisting a pharmaceutical group, defendant to a patent invalidity action brought in several countries throughout Europe.

Assisting a high-tech company in a direct and indirect patent infringement action launched against a competitor.

Assisting leading companies in the perfume industry in civil and criminal litigations based on trademark infringement and unfair competition/parasitism.

Assisting company operating in heat treatment/UHT of products in bringing patent ownership claim and action for declaration of non-infringement against a pharmaceutical company.

Assisting a world leader in cosmetics in launching invalidity actions of a competitor's trademarks before French Courts and the OHIM.
