Mariëlle Van Popering

Mariëlle van Popering has represented (mostly international) clients before the Dutch District Courts and the Dutch Courts of Appeal and is a member of Hogan Lovells' Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice in Amsterdam. She focuses on private and commercial law, in particular general contract law, insurance law, the law of obligations, property law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as other transactional work.

Mariëlle advises Dutch and international companies from various industry sectors on all aspects of private and commercial law, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. She joined Hogan Lovells in 2013 as an associate in Hogan Lovells' Litigation practice. Her Litigation practice focused on commercial litigation. Mariëlle graduated with distinction from Leiden University in 2006. Before joining Hogan Lovells, she worked as a lecturer and researcher at several universities within and outside the Netherlands.
