His advice is sought by Polish and international financial institutions (banks, insurance, pension funds), as well as other entities on their economic activities in Poland, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and labor law.

Advising Vue Entertainment Ltd on the acquisition of Multikino's Group, a leading Polish multiplex operator.

Advising Baxter International Inc. (Polish subsidiary) on the asset sale of CRRT (continuous renal replacement therapy) to Nikkiso Co. Ltd. (Polish part of the transaction).

Advising Teradata Polska on the merger with eCircle Poland (a leading international provider of email and digital marketing software & services).
