Manuel Golling supports German and international clients on product compliance, product safety, and product liability issues. The focus of his work is on the automotive, electronics, and consumer goods industry.

Manuel advises clients on complex cross-broder product safety and product compliance cases. He assesses product hazards and develops preventive strategies to mitigate legal risks particularly in connection with the market launch of new products and technologies. In this regard, he is experienced in assessing product liability risks and identifying German and European market entry requirements such as CE, UNECE, etc. 

In addition, Manuel supports clients in the management of product crises. In particular, he helps clients in establishing the facts of the case and defining and coordinating appropriate product safety measures including authority notifications.
