Paida is an associate in the Financial Services team and advises a range of clients, including asset managers, banks, exchanges, fund platforms, insurers and FinTech companies on complex UK and EU financial services regulatory matters. She draws from experience gained while on secondment to the asset finance team of a large retail bank.

Paida assists clients in creating commercial solutions to issues that arise in the changing regulatory landscape, including in areas such as: authorisation, conduct of business requirements, clearing and settlement, financial promotions, market abuse, outsourcing and sustainable finance. She also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector.
