Pauline advises national and international companies on a variety of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies and senior terminations. 

She also advises clients on their relationships with staff representatives, including the organization of staff representatives' elections and negotiation of company-wide collective bargaining agreements. Pauline has also developed an in-depth knowledge on employment litigation and regularly represents employers in Courts.

Pauline graduated from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (DPRT, 2014) and from King's College London (LLM, 2015).

Assistance of a leading Health Care Diagnostics group on labor matters relating to an intra-group merger including harmonization of collective bargaining agreements, notably on working time scheme.

Assistance of a major Retail company prior to the opening of a store in Paris, including assistance relating to pre-hiring formalities, Sunday work, working time and employment contracts.

Implementation of Social and Economic Committee in several companies, including in a leading car manufacturing company and in a leading streaming and media services provider.

Assistance of a technology company providing software and hardware for cash handling automation in the reorganization of a business including relocation of office and termination employees.
