As a senior associate in our Corporate Group, Maggie Shen focuses on corporate and commercial matters with a strong focus on privacy and data protection law, M&A and employment law. She brings extensive experience in advising on data privacy policies and law-compliant data privacy business practices in industries as diverse as banking and finance, management consulting, electronics, high-tech, medical, clothing, cosmetics, mass media, and credit reporting. 

Maggie is both an Australian-qualified and a New Zealand-qualified lawyer, and practised in both countries for a number of years before returning to China. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese.
