As an associate in our Corporate Group, Maggie Shen focuses on corporate and commercial matters with a strong focus on privacy and data protection laws, M&A and employment law. She brings extensive experience in advising on data privacy policies and law-compliant data privacy business practices in industries as diverse as electronics, high-tech, medical, insurance and credit reporting. Maggie received her L.L.B. degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2001.
She is both an Australian-qualified and New Zealand-qualified lawyer. Maggie practised as a lawyer in both countries before returning to China. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese.
