As a senior associate in our Executive Compensation, Employee Benefits and Share Incentives team, Louise has advised on global and UK all-employee share plans and benefits for eight years.
She advises on the design, structure, implementation and operation of executive and all-employee share plans, both in the UK and internationally. Louise has assisted a number of companies in establishing and operating UK tax-advantaged employee share plans. She advises on corporate governance issues in connection with executive compensation and disclosure.
Louise has managed a number of reviews on behalf of multi-national clients to ensure their employee share plans can be operated globally. She has taken a pragmatic and proactive approach to finding solutions to difficulties encountered.
