A multinational gas corporation on various environment and safety regulatory matters and on a judicial review brought by a third party to prevent underground gas storage activities.

A project sponsor on the application of the Equator Principles and other international standards to the financing of a major offshore gas field development in the Barents Sea.

Energy Capital Partners on its $1.1 billion acquisition of EnergySolutions Inc which held the contracts to operate and manage the UK's Magnox fleet of nuclear reactors.
