Stephanie López advises clients on a broad range of international trade and investment matters, including U.S. economic sanctions, export controls, trade policy, immigration, and national security.
Stephanie helps clients navigate complex and constantly evolving regulatory landscapes and has experience representing clients before U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Treasury Department, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of State, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. She advises companies across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications and technology, aerospace and defense, aviation, agriculture, education, and oil and gas.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Stephanie worked as a law clerk for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) in New York City. While in law school, she was a member of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and participated in the Berkeley Law Workers' Rights Clinic. Stephanie graduated with a Certificate of Specialization in International and Comparative Law.
