We are advising Alstom on Saudi competition law and related filings at the CCP in relation to its proposed sale to GE.

We advised SEDCO Holding Group on the acquisition of a 40% stake in a leading clothing distributor.

We advised telecoms client Ciena Communications on restructuring its operations in Saudi Arabia and permitted activities under the Foreign Investment Law.

Advised an international contractor in respect of its successful bid to the shadow operator for Jeddah Metro, the network and light rail transit system.

We advised on regulatory issues relating to King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

Advised the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (Jeddah) in relation to Sukuk, structured ijara financings, and project financings.

Advised Saudi Aerospace on various aspects of their Saudi operations including employment, IP, and joint venture arrangements with foreign partners.

We advised the arrangers on a US$400m syndicated Murabaha facility for ACWA Power Global Holding Limited.

We advised Teradata on restructuring its operations in Saudi Arabia and permitted activities under the Foreign Investment law.

We advised an international contractor in respect of the construction of a number of commercial and residential units in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We assist clients with liaising with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) in relation to regulatory issues.

We advised Xenel on the bid to build, own, and operate a 1,750MW power station and associated facilities at Shoaiba in Saudi Arabia.

We advised an international contractor on the construction of the King Abdullah Financial Centre in Riyadh and a university in Jeddah.

Standard Bank and Unicorn Investment Bank in the first Sharia’a compliant Saudi Arabian securitization of leases in respect of residential property.

We advised a bidder in relation to its bid for the Riyadh Comprehensive Public Transport Bus Plan.

We advised Samba Financial Group and HSBC Bahrain on a US$280m sharia compliant financing for Saudi Telecom Company.
