With a distinctive presence in Venezuela, we are on the ground in one of the most complex markets in Latin America. From our Caracas office, we can work alongside you to do business domestically or if you’re looking to enter Latin America more broadly.

We know the local market and regularly advise on some of the largest cross-border matters involving Venezuela. From major financings with China to high-stakes antitrust proceedings before Procompetencia, our lawyers can handle your most challenging work and your day-to-day operations.

We are multilingual and multicultural. We can give you the strategic advice you want with the practical perspective you need. As you make a large acquisition, we can assist you with tax and employment matters; and, as you invest, we can draft contracts in Spanish, English, or French to protect those investments. We recognize the challenges in doing business in Venezuela, but we understand the legal landscape and can make sure you always accomplish your goals.
