Lisa Lanzo advises national and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, especially in the fields of Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Unfair Competition Law and Pharmaceutical Law.
She has a special focus on litigation and extrajudicial disputes in the fields of Unfair Competition Law, Copyright Law and Trademark Law. In addition, she focuses on Pharmaceutical Laws as well as advertising law for medicinal products and medical devices.
As part of her practice, she also assists and advises clients across all industries on drafting contracts, such as distribution and licensing agreements, and on designing their market presence, including Social Media.
Lisa has special experience as in-house legal counsel being seconded to the German legal department of a global pharmaceutical company.
Lisa studied law and European law and focused during her studies and her legal clerkship on intellectual property law. She worked, inter alia, in the German legal department of an international food company in Frankfurt a.M.
