Lisa Bohardien is a member of our Real Estate Practice Group and specializes in advising on commercial tenancy law, project development and real estate transactions. Clients appreciate her focus on the essentials - even in highly complex cases - and her hands-on approach in the implementation of the client's economic interests.

Lisa Bohardien has many years of experience in drafting, negotiating and executing lease agreements of all types of commercial use - e.g. office, logistics, industry and retail. In addition, she advises and represents national and international clients in the purchase and sale of real estate of all kinds by way of both asset and share deals and leads extensive due diligences.

Moreover, she deeply enjoys providing legal advice on project developments in all stages: planning, securing in rem, construction, leasing, selling and purchasing the (un)finished property. Lisa Bohardien can draw on a wealth of experience particularly in complex cases, such as projects which interlock and create interdependences between several properties.

Lisa Bohardien spent some of her legal clerkship working for a corporate law firm in Cape Town, South Africa. She is a member of the German-South African Lawyers Association.
