Lindsay Son

Lindsay has many years of experience in representing sponsors, EPC contractors, oil majors and offshore construction and manufacturing companies in relation to various power and energy projects globally. She also has substantial experience in advising on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestment, joint ventures, and issuance of bonds in Europe and Asia.

She has spent four years in-house with STX Corporation and Samsung Display Co., Ltd. in Korea. Lindsay obtained a combined Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales in Australia and is dually qualified to practice in New South Wales and New York. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Lindsay was an associate at a London City law firm.
