Sue Lin focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on class actions and consumer protection claims. She has represented a broad range of clients, including financial, insurance, and pharmaceutical companies, across all stages of litigation.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Sue gained valuable experience as a litigation associate at a major law firm in New York. During law school, she interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of New York and represented the Connecticut Coalition for Justice in Education Funding in school finance litigation against the State of Connecticut. Prior to law school, she worked as a research associate at the Education Innovation Laboratory at Harvard University.
