Michael Lickstein's practice focuses on real estate, corporate, and financial transactions. He regularly advises clients on complex acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures, and represents both lenders and borrowers in various mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions across multiple property types.

Michael provides analytical insight alongside effective communication and project management skills to navigate a range of corporate and real estate matters. Michael works side-by-side with clients and counterparties to find practical solutions to the challenges that arise in the life cycle of a transaction, constantly striving to deliver results and to execute for his clients.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Michael worked at a major New York City law firm advising lenders and borrowers through all facets of mortgage, mezzanine, and preferred financings, with a focus on CMBS loans. Before his legal career, Michael worked as an analyst at NERA Economic Consulting.
