Daniel A. Levine helps navigate client needs in a broad array of practice areas, including communications, internet, media, and technology.
Daniel works with technology and other innovative clients to find creative solutions to their complex regulatory matters. He often focuses on matters before the Federal Communications Commission and other federal agencies. Recently, he has worked on 5G deployment, communications issues in mergers, spectrum allocation, and agency rulemaking.
Daniel is enthusiastic about public service and focuses his pro bono practice on the Innocence Project, immigration issues, and domestic violence. Daniel also worked in the Enforcement Office of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau prior to joining the firm.
In law school, Daniel was a summer associate at Hogan Lovells and another Washington, D.C. law firm and worked as an editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
