Advising A&NN Capital Fund Management, controlled by Alexander Mamut, on its US$1.2bn sale of 50.1% of shares in Euroset, Russia’s largest mobile communications retailer.

Advising Pharmstandard on a US$1bn acquisition of 70% stake in CJSC Biocad, together with Millhouse LLC from Gazprombank OAO.

Advising Russia's top 10 development company on acquisition of the Four Seasons hotel (former legendary Moskva hotel) at the Red Square.

Advising A&NN Capital Fund Management, controlled by Alexander Mamut, on merger of Internet assets with Vladimir Potanin; merged company accumulates over 40 million unique visitors.

Advising shareholders of RosEvroBank, universal financial/credit institution in Russia, on sale of and subscription for a minority stake to European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Advising a subsidiary of Bilfinger Berger, a German civil and industrial construction company, on Russian joint venture company with Tyazhmash, the Russian power plant outfitter.

Advising Russian Mining Company (RGRK) on sale of 50% stake in LLC Yaroslavsk GRK (Yaroslavsk Mining Company) to UC RUSAL, the world's largest aluminum producer.
