With 10 years of experience in private equity, finance, and business operations, Wonnie Lee is able to tap into his deep and unique understanding of business and finance when advising clients.

Focused on securities and investment transactions for private equity funds and their portfolio companies, Wonnie leverages his knowledge of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and securities matters to help organizations navigate the changing business climate.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Wonnie worked for more than eight years at a private equity fund based in Washington, D.C. and Seoul, South Korea, where his work included fundraising, business structuring, investment analysis, and investment management in the United States and Asia. During this time, he also assisted two publicly listed Korean corporations with multimillion-dollar U.S. expansions while working and traveling extensively throughout major Asian financial hubs.
