He has built a strong practice and reputation for contentious and non-contentious VAT work, advising a wide range of clients in a number of industry sectors on transactional, disputes and advisory matters. He also has wide experience in advising on a broad range of other corporate and business taxation issues, from corporate, finance and real estate transactions, to international tax structuring and group reorganisations.

Lee is a member of the VAT Practitioners' Group and the UK member of the European VAT Club (an association of independent European VAT specialists). He also writes a monthly column on the latest developments in VAT for the Tax Journal, one of the leading journals for tax professionals in the UK.
