Brian Lee performs due diligence on a broad range of corporate transactional matters, primarily mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Brian most recently practiced as an associate in the Real Estate and Corporate practice group of a midsize firm in New York City, where he dealt with a wide variety of real estate matters, including commercial leasing across various property uses for corporate clients and residential purchase and sale transactions for high-net-worth individuals.

Brian graduated from the Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. During that time, Brian interned with Justice Doris Ling-Cohan of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Term, First Department; the Office of Chief Counsel-U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement; and a boutique business law firm.

Prior to law school, Brian graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics & Law and in Classical Studies: Latin.
