Lauren N. Zachry
Representing large corporations, investors, and entrepreneurs, Lauren Zachry is a problem solver who works on a full range of business matters throughout the life cycle of corporations. While working for a grant- and venture-funded nonprofit in Silicon Valley, Lauren gained a deeper understanding of investor and company needs. Leveraging her experience in social work and community organizing, Lauren focuses on the need for collaboration in deal making and investment.
Lauren worked at Consumers Union after her first year in law school to gain a deeper understanding of consumer payments, banking, and digital currency, with a specific focus on Bitcoin. While in law school, Lauren served as co-chair of the International Human Rights Workshop, working with the Berkeley Human Rights Center to develop policy recommendations for sexual violence legislation in Kenya. Additionally, she served as a member and senior editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law, providing her opportunities to further study international corporate governance.
