Laura Verlangieri advises clients on compliance and internal investigations. She has represented international clients on issues involving Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, bribery, and international cartels.

She has also represented international and multi-national financial institutions and project sponsors in a range of cross-border projects and investment transactions, focusing on Brazil and Latin America, including power plant projects, infrastructure projects, drilling vessels, and alternative and acquisition financings.

Laura received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and proficient in Italian.
