Laura has a broad range of commercial litigation experience, including a number of cartel damages actions. Laura has most recently acted as the lead associate on complex and high value disputes and investigations, both in London and in Hong Kong from where she returned from secondment in April 2015. Laura's breadth of experience across a number of sectors, including energy, transport and financial services, has provided her with in-depth knowledge within those industries.
In working closely with her clients Laura seeks to further her understanding of their particular industries and to bring her experience to bear in assisting clients.Laura qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in June 2015, and her experience in Hong Kong has further enabled her to advise clients on the often global nature of their disputes.

Advising a well known financial institution on a multi-jurisdictional investigation, including advising on investigation strategy and communications with regulators in several jurisdictions.
Advising a manufacturer of aircraft satellite tracking devices with regards to a breach of contract claim brought in the High Court by a distributor.
Advising liquidators and provisional liquidators appointed by the Hong Kong courts in respect of cross border investigations and asset tracing and recovery.
Advising an international aircraft manufacturer in relation to a contractual dispute arising out of a Sale and Purchase Agreement for 12 freighter aircraft.
Advising an international airline in relation to claims brought in the High Court following the finding of a cartel by the European Commission.
Defending a substantial claim for breach of competition law arising from a European Commission cartel finding in the energy sector.
Advising a national transport company on a claim brought against it for breach of contract.
Advising an international aircraft manufacturer in relation to arbitration proceedings brought under ICC rules by a purchaser of a corporate aircraft.
Advising an energy company with regards to a claim brought under ad hoc arbitration rules against a Nigerian entity.
