Laura Crawford, LL.M. (Glasgow)
Laura focuses her practice on advising banks, financial institutions and other financial services providers on securitisations, structured finance and other refinancing transactions. She also has experience in financial restructuring, in particular in the context of financial market stabilisation measures, and the transfer of credit and derivatives portfolios.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Laura worked as an associate for a German law firm in the area of Corporate/M&A. Laura spent considerable time abroad during her legal training, working for a large Australian law firm in Sydney, and studying in Glasgow, UK, where she received her Master of Law.
Advising Ford Credit Europe on the securitization of €562m auto loans.
Advising FMS Wertmanagement on the update and the increase of their Debt Issuance Program to €65bn.
Advising Volvo Auto Bank on the securitization of auto loans and leases in an aggregate amount of €500m.
Advising several underwriters in connection with the issuances under Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank’s €60bn Euro Medium Term Note Program.
Advising Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Continental AG on the securitization of trade receivables of Polish and Czech Continental AG subsidiaries with a total value of EUR 175m.
