Daniel Landesberg advises clients on a broad range of complex legal and policy issues before the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Congress.
His practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters, including mergers, litigation, and competition policy. From cloud computing to biotech and satellites to streaming services, Daniel offers clients a breadth of knowledge in dynamic and evolving industries including digital technology, telecommunications, social media, and health care, among others.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel spent time working for a social justice advocacy organization in Washington, D.C. and interned at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). He was a member of the Duke Law Moot Court Board and served as an editor on the Duke Law & Technology Review.
