Kristin Lamb

Kristin Lamb's practice is focused on preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications, as well as providing counsel and opinions on matters of invalidity and non-infringement, freedom to operate, and product design.

Kristin is experienced in each stage of the patent prosecution process and regularly makes use of the Patent Office's expedited examination policies and strategic examiner interviews to efficiently move applications to allowance.

Kristin is well-versed in a variety of technology areas, with a particular emphasis on automation, communications, software, and medical devices. Kristin spends the majority of her time within the natural resource technologies, allowing her to apply her background in biochemistry to developing valuable applications for her clients.

Kristin honed her legal writing skills as a Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law law review at American University.
