Dr. Kristina Rebmann

Kristina Rebmann advises German and international clients in the mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law areas. Kristina focuses on and has a deep understanding of the energy sector. In particular she advises clients on M&A projects, inter alia the sale and purchase of on and offshore windfarms, infrastructure projects, electricity and gas grids, power plants etc.

Another focus of her work is joint ventures. Kristina is a counsel in the firm's Hamburg office and is a member of the international practice Group Energy and Natural Resources.

Due to her seven months experience as a secondee with an international company Kristina also knows the client's perspective and gives you practical advice. After finishing her studies at the University of Hamburg, Kristina worked at the Legal Aid Commission of New South Wales in Sydney (Australia) for an internship. She wrote her doctoral thesis on comparative law at the University of Hamburg.
