Kristina Mackuliakova advises national and international clients, including Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies, on issues of white-collar crime and compliance.
Her work focuses on the organisation and conduct of internal investigations as well as the preparation of communication with authorities. She has specific expertise in the area of project management as well as in the supervision of dawn raids. In addition, Kristina has an in-depth experience in working on post-investigation civil litigation procedures.
Kristina studied at the Charles University in Prague, the Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich and the University of Melbourne. She also holds an LL.M. in European Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. During her studies, Kristina interned at the United Nations in Geneva. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Kristina worked for an international law firm and a European regulatory agency, both based in Paris.
