Ewa Kraszewska has extensive experience in advising on real estate law. She is a qualified legal adviser and a graduate from the Law and Administration Department of the Mikolaja Kopernika University in Torun. She holds a diploma from the Jean Monnet European Studies Centre at Torun University. Ewa also studied at Universidad de Granada in Spain. She joined the Real Estate Department of Hogan Lovells in September 2016.

Ewa Kraszewska advises both Polish and foreign clients on sales and acquisitions of real properties. She prepares legal due diligence analyses, as well as transactional documentation. Moreover, she provides legal advice to investors and other entities doing business on the Polish real estate market. In particular, she supports them in engineering and inftrastructural investments, negotiations and drafting construction contracts, delivery contracts, lease agreements, service agreements or commercialisation of retail premises. She is experienced in public procurement and PPP projects. Ewa also represents clients in administrative and court proceedings.
