Having grown up in a family that ran several businesses and having worked as a consultant before law school, Ann Koppuzha appreciates her clients' business needs. That's why she works as efficiently as possible, knowing that her clients depend on her to deliver accurate and thorough guidance with an eye toward their bottom line. She does this by leveraging technology to work efficiently and being mindful of the strain that legal action can have on a business and on individuals.

Ann focuses on government and internal corporate investigations. Ann's background in government and international affairs allows her to effectively advise her clients on these sensitive matters. During law school, Ann worked for the U.S. Attorney's Office and the Department of Treasury. Prior to law school, she advised startups and consulted for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, focusing on strategic communications.

In law school, Ann served on the Berkeley Journal of International Affairs, the Berkeley Business Law Journal, and the Boalt Hall Student Association. Ann also has an active pro bono practice, working on matters related to voting rights, immigration, and constitutional rights.
