Alie Kolbe advises corporate and individual clients in a wide range of antitrust, white-collar fraud, bribery, and corruption matters. Her antitrust practice focuses on helping companies navigate global and domestic cartel investigations.

Alie's Foreign Corrupt Practices Act experience includes defending clients in government investigations, advising clients on the implementation of corporate compliance programs, and conducting due diligence to advise companies on the risks associated with cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Alie worked at the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts, focusing on prosecuting allegations of criminal fraud. Alie also served as a Senior Writing Fellow and a Legal Research & Writing Law Fellow. Alie participated in Georgetown University Law Center's Domestic Violence Clinic, representing victims of intimate abuse in civil protection order (CPO) cases.
